The hotel is conveniently located, close to public transport and a good spot to relax with complimentary coffee and tea. The rooms are comfortable, but some may lack windows, which might not be clearly communicated during booking. The dining options are limited, and the service, while friendly, comes with the inconvenience of having to shift to a nearby hotel for room changes. Overall, a decent location with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. Although the rooms were not nice at all and felt really unfresh, dirty, with garbage under the beds, the space was sufficient for two people, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I appreciated having the option to place my clothes inside the shower room for convenience.

When I arrived very, very, very late, the hotel could use some new carpet and curtains. The room was noisy, and I could hear every step from the corridor and conversations from the next room. However, it was reasonably big for hotels in Taipei, and the location is pretty central.

At first, we were given a room without a window, which was not comfortable, but after two days, they changed it to one with windows, which was quite nice. The hotel is spacious, which is not always guaranteed in Asia, even without a window. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, they were not understanding when we called to inform them that we might not be able to fulfill the stay due to medical reasons as our reservation was under a non-refundable package. The location is just a few minutes away from the train station and has a nearby park, which is great for families traveling with kids. However, it can get crowded during peak morning hours and could benefit from better cleanliness. The dining options were limited, especially for specific requests like halal food, so we could only have bread and coffee. The facilities are decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, close to various attractions and with a peaceful garden nearby, the rooms were disappointing. They felt a bit damp, dark with only curtains instead of windows, and not well-maintained. Despite this, the service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us with translation and providing efficient assistance. The dining options were limited but tasted alright. The facilities were satisfactory, but improvements in room quality would make the stay more enjoyable.
